By downloading, installing, or using Preflop Lab ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Preflop Lab is a free poker range trainer that helps you study and memorize preflop strategies. It is an educational tool and does not involve real money gambling.

3. Advertising

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. Ads are a core part of the free service. You may purchase an option to remove ads through a one-time in-app purchase.

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. Purchases are final except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent ads or in-app purchase mechanisms

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (code, design, icons, text) is owned by the developer and protected by copyright. Pre-loaded ranges are provided for educational use within the App only.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that poker strategies presented are optimal or profitable. The App is an educational tool, not financial advice. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
