By downloading, installing, or using LiveSim ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LiveSim is a free entertainment application that simulates a live stream: thousands of simulated viewers comment, send hearts and react to your voice. Everything in the App is simulated. No viewer is real, no content is broadcast, and the App is not affiliated with any live-streaming platform.
The App is intended for entertainment, pranks among consenting friends, and public-speaking practice. You are solely responsible for how you use recordings made with the App. Do not use the App to deceive people in ways that cause harm, to commit fraud, or to misrepresent simulated engagement as real for commercial gain.
The App offers an optional premium tier via an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in Google Play; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content in the App (code, design, icons, text, simulated chat content) is owned by the developer and protected by copyright. Videos you record with the App are yours.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the App, including consequences of how you choose to use or share recordings.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
