By downloading, installing, or using Heartglass ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Heartglass is a motivational app. It estimates remaining lifespan from your birth date, sex, country, and self-reported lifestyle factor choices, and helps you act on that estimate through projects, goals, and habit tracking. Optional reminders are delivered as local device notifications.
Heartglass is not a medical, scientific, or actuarial tool. The life-expectancy figure shown is an illustrative estimate built from published epidemiological research applied to your inputs — it is not a prediction of your individual lifespan, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not make health decisions based on the App's output. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance.
The App offers an optional one-time purchase, "Heartglass Pro", which unlocks additional features and lifts free-tier caps. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. The unlock is tied to your store account and can be restored on devices signed in to that account.

All content in the App (code, design, icons, illustrations, text) is owned by the developer and protected by copyright. The brand name "Heartglass", the heart-hourglass mark, and the visual identity are property of the developer.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including any decisions made on the basis of figures it displays.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
