1. Information We Collect

Local data: Heartglass stores everything you enter — birth date, sex, country, lifestyle factor choices, projects, goals, mantra, color theme, notification preferences — entirely on your device. We do not have access to this data and it never leaves your device.

No advertising, no analytics, no accounts: Heartglass has no ads, runs no analytics, and does not require an account. We do not collect any personal identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Your profile and lifestyle inputs power the on-device life-expectancy calculation displayed in the app.
• Projects, goals, and habit choices drive the app's tracking features.
• Notification preferences control reminders scheduled locally on your device.

3. Data Sharing

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data with third parties. The only third party involved at all is the platform store you bought the Heartglass Pro unlock through (Google Play or Apple App Store), and only when you choose to make a purchase.

4. Data Storage

All app data is stored locally in the platform's standard preferences storage. We do not operate servers that hold user data. Uninstalling the app erases everything. You can also wipe all data from inside the app via Settings → Data → Reset everything.

5. In-App Purchases

Heartglass offers a single optional in-app purchase, "Heartglass Pro" — a one-time, lifetime unlock that lifts the free-tier caps on projects and goals and enables Pro-only features. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information; we only receive a confirmation that the purchase was successful, which we use to grant the entitlement on your device.

6. Notifications

If you enable reminders, Heartglass schedules local notifications on your device — a daily nudge and 3-day warnings before project deadlines. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely by your device's operating system. We do not send push notifications and we do not have any server that contacts your device.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Reset all in-app data at any time via Settings → Data → Reset everything.
• Delete all data by uninstalling the app.
• Manage notifications via Settings inside the app or your device's notification settings.
• Restore your Heartglass Pro purchase on a new device via Settings → Heartglass Pro → Restore purchase.

8. Children's Privacy

Heartglass is not directed at children under 13. The app's core concept (a personal life-expectancy estimate) is not appropriate for young children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
