By downloading, installing, or using Colorama Quest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Colorama Quest is a free game. Each day it proposes a small palette of colors to find around you: you photograph objects of those colors, the App checks the match on your device, and turns your finds into a collage you can share. It also offers monochrome hunts, daily challenges, levels and badges.
The photos you take remain yours. We claim no ownership over them and have no access to them.
You are responsible for what you photograph. Please respect other people's privacy, private property, and the laws that apply where you are — in particular, do not photograph people without their consent.
The App invites you to look around you in the real world. Stay aware of your surroundings: do not use the App while driving or cycling, do not enter private or dangerous places to find a color, and follow local rules. You use the App at your own risk.
The App offers one optional in-app purchase, Colorama Quest Plus, which unlocks additional color families, collage styles, an XP boost, exclusive badges and other bonuses. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. Purchases are final except as required by applicable law.

All content in the App (code, design, icons, text, generated palettes) is owned by the developer and protected by copyright. This does not apply to the photos you take, which remain yours.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The color detection is designed to be fun and forgiving, not scientifically precise: lighting, camera hardware and screen calibration all affect the result. The App is not a color-measurement tool and must not be relied upon for professional color matching. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
